The Danger Bench

It says Hachi Chui = Bees, Caution.

I looked all round this bench for five minutes not a bee in sight let alone a nest.

Presumably some time in the last few days a bee landed on it which prompted the bee police to slap signs on it and erect a barrier......unless the signs are for the bees, warning them not to use the bench.
