Gravity Defying Leaf
Cutting back the ivy on our back wall while waiting for the rugby to come on. Spotted this bit of leaf apparently floating in mid-air. On very close inspection I could see that it was suspended by a very fine spider's thread.
It took me a lot of attempts on manual focus to get it sharp, as no form of auto-focus could deal with it. It has ended up looking like I have stuck it to the front of the lens.
It all meant less time spent cutting back the ivy. And Scotland won handsomely. A good morning all in all.
