Back walking!

I tried going on a walk with the walking group a few weeks ago but it was too soon after my op.  After more work in the gym I decided to try again this morning.

We went for a walk around Llanymynech Rocks and canal and although there were a few hills, I managed it. I was out of breath at times but normally so, not overwhelmingly as I was last time.

It was lovely to see everyone and I look forward to walking with them regularly again.
