But, then again . . . . .

A Wet Drain Cover.

I've been caught up in some road safety campaigning with the local cooncil, the equally local weekly rag heard about it, invited me to write them a letter and then followed up with an invite to a photo shoot. I managed to drag another four cycle club members along to join in the fun so we spent a happy half hour this morning, in the rain, cycling up and down a wet, pot-holed and heavily trafficked road while a professional blipper* tried to capture the danger on camera.
We then spent more time while he tried to capture Pablo's wheel in one of the more dangerous bits of the road, it was not until after we'd departed the scene that I realised that I should have blipped the photograph being taken - and so another lesson is learned.

Job done, we retired to Mike's for some coffee and Christmas cake and a pleasant long chat; surprisingly, a lot of the talk was about Blipfoto.
