I've got a big fat (drum)

Back to work at the cafe today and back to drumming tonight. We were preparing for the next four Monday nights, when we are inviting women who would like to try Samba drumming to join our workshops.

We will be teaching a tune called Afoxe in which I play this bell (called an agogo). Carolyn, who is a primary school teacher, has very helpfully made these sheets with all the different parts of the tune written out in an easy-to- remember style for people who dont read music.
