Ups and downs

A quiet day which was quite good in terms of having the time to catch up on a lot of stuff that has been piling up, as well as clearing the decks in my office a bit. Managed to pick up a parcel (door knobs!) and deliver to the flat, but whilst some things are looking up I've got more problems with delays on the basin and the worktop and I'm still cross about the height of the cupboards that need to be sorted.
Did some diary work with V - weeks up til Christmas are mad and it's going to be challenging. On the other hand ended the day with a good chat with LM and then with her and a senior civil servant discussing some opportunities and ideas - great stuff.
Home and finished prep for tomorrow and emailed the architect....!
