Frozen over

After our generally rather dreary weather in Houston and a further couple of grey days on our return home, it was so great to see the sun again today. I got out to enjoy it this afternoon, walking at Sharon Woods. In our absence the lake has frozen over - fairly usual for the time of year - but last year temperatures were so mild it never did freeze over.
