Fried Potatoes

It was the first long day of the year today, although Wednesday will be longer, and boy, am I glad it's over!
Although it was long, I came home to a clean home, finished laundry and dinner made all thanks to my amazing hubby. :)

Lots of stuff to complete this week. Is it strange that the only thing getting me excited right now is the rain we're suppose to get tomorrow? Supposed to be as much as the average for the month of January within a day.
