Tequila Moments

Sawsawan

Sawsawan is the Filipino term for condiment. This particular sawsawan is made of patis (fish sauce), calamansi (similar to lemon) juice and pepper sauce. I made this particular sawsawan to complement Tinola, one of the well-loved Pinoy dishes, that I cooked during lunch time. Yummy!
