Pouring

As soon as I was out of the train and in the car (lucky me!) it started to pour down, thunder and lightning included. It was so bad I pulled over half way home just to watch and listen. After 20 minutes and no end in sight I drove home (and got wet crossing the street). It continued almost another hour. I would say we hand more rain coming down in this hour than we had all summer.

Poor cows! When I pulled over they were all over the meadow; when I left I didn't see a single one. Couldn't see where they were hiding. (Or perhaps enjoying a nice shower in a decent corner of the meadow - after this hot summer, who knows.)
