Giant Chocolate Chip Cookies

nigellus was so nice to scan the recipe of the cookie dough he made last month, which I thought looked ace, so I made it this morning. However I did not have cherries, but I did have chocolate chips and walnuts, so just followed the recipe instead. They taste pretty good, although I think I baked them a tad too long. Will have to try it another time with cherries instead of chocolate chips! :)
