Miscalculation

I think the engineers on our pier replacement project might have made a slight miscalculation on the floating dock's carrying capacity. I'm not sure if this happened because of our recent rain or if it was some other error. Either way, the crane is going nowhere, therefore no more post can be placed, until they fix this rather significant problem.
