Making sugo....

Italian sauce for Pasta we are celebrating the feast of St. Francis on Friday and one of the Franciscan Friars will be joining us tomorrow night for a meal. I thought it would be quick if I made the sauce today . Anyway I have been looking at all your photos and they are beautiful I hope I can get back I had to stop for a wee while until I had my eye checked I’m a bit nervous with my camera this is the iPad will try tomorrow.
