I-19

It’s from these ramps I can head north to Tucson or points south to Nogales, the city on the Mexican border. I’ve probably mentioned that I-19 is the only national interstate measured in kilometers. It stretches only 102 km with Exit 1A close to the port of entry. I live off of Exit 65.

We’re headed towards south Tucson to the closest shopping center to pick up a few things I need for the funeral, like Thank you cards and guest book. I’ll also look for a frame for the portrait we’ll use in the church.

I selected this picture to use as my blip because it’s emblematic of the kind of view I have when I’m out and about (including golf carts).
