Amphibious purpose

To another hospital with J, more tests (the previous one failed, so today is a repeat performance).

The nurses and other staff were very nice.

Heading out, a movement on the tarmac footpath. It’s a toadling, the first I’ve seen this year. Instinct is telling it to head ....... where I wonder ?
