It would appear a woman parked he electric bike right outside a beauty parlour and the owner of the beauty parlour wasn't best pleased.

So, the owner of the beauty parlour went and padlocked the illegally parked bike. This led to a slanging match between the two women and the police were called to defuse the situation.
