After the surprising news last night, which luckily seems to have turned out ok I spent some time rearranging tomorrow's 'coiff', which will now be a coiffeuse next week, not the steady J. That was after a very cold bike road to the pool in 1 Deg and 50 lengths.

J and I did some PA work for the Family CEO rearranging and arranging appointments and I struggled with too long (jeans) legs.

Then the triennial visit to Ardmillan followed by a walk on the historical side and some art. Now a meeting beckons, better not be late!
