Porridge

I did not get up early - just crawled out of bed when Dougie arrived at 10 am. Was not feeling great.
Went out after Dougie left and had some soothing porridge at William.
Got more lemons and am back home again.

Hope tomorrow is better and not worse ... I hate feeling poorly!
