Starting Line

Another 10k this weekend - this time in Glasgow in the company of my niece. We didn’t run together - she’s much faster than me! But fun to be there with her.
It was really fun event with lots of support on the route. The choirs and bands definitely lifted my spirits! I was quite chuffed to improve on last weeks time especially as I’d had a cough all week.
But I think it’s time for a wee rest now. I may come back to the 10k next year.
