Lemon Creams

There have been suggestions that we have a vegan biscuit in the shop so today involved some recipe development. The biscuit itself was a little bland however, sandwiched with some ‘buttercream’ it was much more exciting.

I also tried some ‘hot chocolate’ cookies. Didn’t quite go to plan and has resulted in a traybake instead. I do have a plan and will experiment with that one again
