Buddleia growing out of a wall

I'd meant to take Basil for a walk yesterday but didn't get round to it. So I took him for a stroll down Kirkhill into the village this morning instead, taking my little x-t20 for opportunistic shots.

It was the window that took my eye first. Then I thought, is that really a shrub growing out of the wall? (right by the water overflow).
