A vase being made

Today I met up with JanetH and due to the wet weather we decided that an indoor photography trip would be good. We went to the World of Glass in St Helens which was really interesting. We went round some galleries and then had a demonstration of a glass vase being made.The blip is rather blurred as the glassmaker was spinning it round all the time.  When we saw how complicated and time consuming it was we decided that the glasswear is very good value. After lunch we were given a guided tour of the old factory by a 'retired' glassmaker which was very interesting. We than had a hot drink and went back to Janet's for a bit. All in all, a great day out, thanks Janet :-)
