According to iFixit.com the replacement of a 2nd iPod battery is very difficult. I couldn’t agree more. The battery wires are soldered onto the main board and so I effing small, that it took me almost 3 months to collect the courage to attempt the job. With the wife on holiday and the kids in bed, I had all the peace and quiet to get on it.
