That is the name of the letting agent. I kid you not. That was thought up by grown adults.

Still Josh’s house this year is much much nicer and hopefully there will be less rats and neighbours blowing up their sheds in huge fireballs. Although when I was a student our next door neighbour decapitated his flat mate, so it could have been worse. Anyway, the boy has a nice room. I hope he has a lovely happy year at Uni.
