In the Shade

Didn't really contribute much to the quarterly Scottish Wildlife Trust council meeting today, but still interesting to be there. Had an attack of my anti-social misanthropy afterwards - there were drinks organised, with an hour gap, and while sitting having a coffee to pass the time I decided that heading home before an evening talk we were going to (by the excellent Colin Stafford-Johnson) meant I could eat, and made more sense. Felt guilty, but just easier, and I knew I wouldn't be that great company in any event.
