Buddha the 2nd (I think......)

Just a little shot of a little pot I picked up on my travels last year.
I bought this from a Tibetan craft stall whilst in Goa, I'm not sure what the idols on the pot mean as i'm not to knowledgeable on Tibetan Buddhism. (or Buddhism as a whole really!)
