For the record (the moving practicalities stuff): The first tryout for a new home wasn't a success, I think we were too early.

Oh yes, and the Canadian Revenue Agency kindly sent a letter (arrived today) and asked hubby to pay 2011 taxes. The last time we've earned anything in Canada was 2008 and we don't even have work permits yet neither any other documents for moving our asses over! But apparently the Revenue Agency knows better and is happily welcoming us already.

I take that a good sign.
