A Curtain Of Kowhai

Driving past the Richmond Cemetery I saw a row of Kowhai trees.  In spring the trees are covered in a profusion of yellow and are popular as a garden tree.  I have two small trees but one of these years they will flower.  Kowhai is the Maori word for yellow.  No surprises there.
