House of the week

I have been noticing some interesting houses on the Ferry on the trip to and from work.  Dreaming of some that I could see myself living in.  I am not sure I would want to live in this house in Balmain but it gets the gong this week because of the pink succulent flowers on it's roof.  It is very striking being so modern next to the older houses nearby.

Back in Newie now and home after visiting the nursing home.  It was a late night for me as I left Sydney late to avoid the crazy long weekend traffic and I do believe a wee nana nap will  be in order.
