Rudbeckia

I challenged myself to a longer walk today, the doctors and back. It is almost a 2 mile round trip. There is a pharmacy at the doctors and I can get more paracetamol as they know I've had an op and they are cheaper than elsewhere. There was a queue of older people out of the door when I arrived, they were queuing for their flu jab!!! I managed to walk there and as far as the bench by the hospice shop bed before needing a rest. A slow walk home but I had done it. I was really tired and did need my usual afternoon nap.
I love the rudbeckia on the hospice shop wall, they are looking vibrant but much better in sunshine. it has been a grey cold day.
