Tweed Tunnel Trail Run

Completed the Tweed Valley Tunnel Trail 10k today. It was hard (muddy, hilly) but great fun. Definitely not a PB time, but felt like an achievement when I finished. The first 1k felt impossibly slippy (muddy, grassy but flat, along the banks of the Tweed) and I worried that I might never finish.
This section was through a 600m old railway tunnel that is lit up it different colours. It looks scary here, but it wasn't (despite the bats).
I'll be treating myself to some new trail running shoes, because I can now say I've absolutely caught the trail running bug!
