Old School

In this day of instant information and global live webcams it's amazing it wasn't that long ago we needed to wait for the next monthly publication to see a window into another world. 

I guess this publication may have had more influence in my interest in travel and photography than any other. I still have about 15 years worth taking up space in my log cabin. Time they moved on. Some, such as the copies published on my immediate families birth dates will be kept along with some dating back to the 1940's.

This is an Emergency Blip. The month of the top magazine may hint as to what my family was celebrating today.
