Expatriated and retired!

The colour is as found, the number plate says 82 (Tarn-et-Garonne), the feel is 1950s. It's been long retired and now lives outside a Kensal Rise florist, carrying only dried hydrangeas as its passengers. I would love to know the story of when and how it got here.
