Emma, our favourite granddaughter,  was 21 today.  We had a great party of family and friends, the house was brim full...… she of course looked gorgeous as usual.  Had some lovely food, and the cake was spectacular.  I managed to knock over a whole glass of red wine during the evening (honest I wasn't inebriated) but luckily the floors was wooden, no white carpet to stain.

Emma is having a club night for her college and work friends in Glasgow next Saturday, to which us oldies are not invited; this was the family night, and what a night it was.
