It's Time For Halloween

A short rant.  Have I told anyone how much I dislike cell phone carriers!!  My phone just went and died after a system update.  No one at the phone store could figure out how to fix, so had to get a new phone.  In order to get one of their deals, I also had to get a new phone number.  I've had the same cell number for almost 20 years.  On top of all that it took 3-1/2 hours to get through the process for both me and the hubby.  They need to get their stuff together.
