Happiness is....

I love watching the swans when they embark on a  really energetic and elaborate preening session. It can last for several minutes, maybe fifteen. They look as is they are really enjoying themselves as they roll about in the water shaking  their wings furiously creating quite a spray of water before another series of tumble turns. This routine always culminates in one of their beautifully graceful stretches - see my extra photo.
