Coming Clean

Awful race for me today, various reasons which I'll deconstruct over the next couple of days, but which left me disappointed in the ned. However, I'd also signed up to marshall for the day, so at least felt like I was giving something back, and the Under 8s race where a few of us helped push those who were struggling up a muddy hill.

So still shattered....
