The Old Forge (Friday 4th October 2019)

I was planning to photograph some planting in  the Town Gardens and I took along a Samyang 24mm manual focus, manual aperture prime lens for the purpose, but for some reason I could not get the shutter to fire. When I got back and went through the K-1 manual I found that deep in the settings menu there is a function that has to be enabled before the camera will fire the shutter with a manual lens.
Instead I tested it on some pelargoniums in the porch.

Simon & Garfunkel - Baby Driver (1969)
Everyone owned the single Bridge Over Troubled Water, and if they turned it over, as I did, they'd have heard this, Baby Driver, later included on the album Bridge Over Troubled Water.  It became the name of Edgar Wright's 2017 film about a getaway driver named Baby Driver, which I watched on this day. Needless to say, this was on the soundtrack. Baby Driver constantly listened to music on his iPods and apparently Edgar Wright spent years working on the playlist for the film.
