Calm

This morning, despite my reservations and a little anxiety, I swam in the sea.
In Scotland.
In Skye.
In October.
And joined a wee group for breakfast.
And I actually enjoyed it.
Every moment.

In the afternoon, I set off on a walk and got caught in torrential rain.
I was soaked through.
And I really didn't mind.

This wee trip has given me everything that I could have wished for. And more.

Back to reality tomorrow.
