As day ends.....

.....sea mist creeps in and hovers near the Puketeraki Range and the city of Christchurch, a taller person would've had more of a view :)

Mum's birthday today, we had a cuppa with birthday cake this afternoon then hubby and I along with E and T met up with hubby's nephew and fiancee for dinner, they're down from the North Island for a couple of days.

Sunday....the best kind of day, enjoying time with family :)
