The right Caves.

To the Caves of Drach today via Alcudia.
The old part of Alcudia is a delightful walled town with lovely shops and cafes where we had a coffee and people watched for a while. We had pre booked our Cave tickets, got there in plenty of time , thought it was quiet, wandered up to the entry and found we were at the wrong caves! Oops. A quick 3K hair-raising drive through the town to the right caves abandoning the car with four minutes to spare and we arrived to find there was still quite a long queue to go in so we were fine, if a tad stressed.
It was very impressive , very well done and well lit, but they let far too many people in at a time in our opinion and it was not quite such a good experience as the caves of D’Argilan in France , but enjoyable nevertheless.
After that we went to a beach called Cala Romantica which was very pretty and relaxing.
Going out to search for some genuine paella now and we have a recommendation from the hotel.
