One thing to be grateful for:
Insurance. Today we discovered that all three sheds had been flooded during the last flooding incident on the night we had broken up for Christmas. PE equipment, mats, outdoor gym equipment, wood, furniture, early years resources, playtime equipment - all covered in silt. The floors of the sheds are absolutely sodden. We hadn't even thought to check them because they were fine the last time.
