I say Mr/Mrs for reasons of equality but more than likely a bloke is responsible for the sign.

There’s no signs of any damage that would have been caused by a vehicle hitting it but parking it opposite a rugby club gateway is probably inviting a ‘gentle’ rocking by those leaving the club bar.

Whatever the reason for the sign, it raised a smile.
