Feed Me!

I had a hospital appointment this afternoon and was not allowed to eat for 6 hours beforehand. As I am type 2 diabetic I am supposed to eat small amounts regularly so as you can imagine I was starving by the time I got home and had prepared dinner.  However I took a banana with me and we went to the coffee shop for a soya latte before leaving Northallerton.
