Lunchtime cycle ride

Even though it was really windy and a bit wet out there I still ventured around Daventry Country Park today on my trusty bike.

Did I ache at the end? Yes!
Did I get out of breathe? Yes
Did I work up a sweat? Yes

It was worth it!
