Quiet

Monday has been quite different from the usual routine. 

Headquarters sent me a new laptop to replace the one which stopped working on Thursday, so as one would expect, a large chunk of time was spent trying to get the new one to function properly. I reckon it took 3 or 4 calls to the IT department. 

The Boss was hanging around the Office a lot more than usual, and of course that reduced productivity quite a bit too. 

The schools are on holiday and so is the College. It was so quiet in the morning as I went to work that it could have been a Sunday. 

It was the same at 5pm as I headed home, as can be seen from the Blip. A deserted High Street.
