Watch where you tread

A damp hound walk this morning. But saw this delicate mushroom. They appear and disappear equally rapidly.  Lots of red berries and hips appearing too.
Spent afternoon drawing up new campaign flyer.
Had evening meeting at the Guildhall with a group of residents association members, ecologists, river researchers etc - generally not councillors and developers.  We posed questions concerning the direction of the next local plan in the light of the current one and proposed changes.  Particularly relaxing the protected status of green spaces an issue on which our campaign is focused. Especially as our ward has the second highest population but the least green space. 
At the end outside the building the consensus was that our questions were answered 'smoothly' without really answering anything directly.  Very blah, blah, blah. Frustrating
Maybe need a cinema break tomorrow.
