In the gardens

On a lunchtime walk today I spotted these flowers between the main daffodils and the river. They look splendid.

My brain cells did some grinding today and later my knees groaned through exercise. They were noisy rather than painful.

Today's gratitude: For a calm voice of reason and wisdom.
