8:30am and about to cycle while the weeWeir scoots her way to nursery.

She's very excited to be going back today. The holiday time has been good, but she's looking forward to seeing her friends.

I, on the other hand, will be heading to work and that's a bit of a mixed emotional bag.

Still, I am grateful for a job.

Some difficult conversations today, but hopefully helpful in the long term.
