Monday's Cake

For some bizarre reason, my colleagues have taken upon themselves to bake a cake each morning. Everyone is on a rota and there have been some really moist and lovely cakes brought in. I work with some real talented bakers, so I'm dreading my meagre offers at some point next week!!!

This creation was made by Giuseppe. He was originally with us as a Graduate Intern from Italy, but has now joined us on a  permanent basis.
His Mama came over at the weekend, so he also treated us to the local salami and cheese.
